A service designed to help landlords take advantage of our marketing expertise using internet marketing such as Rightmove, Zoopla etc. As well as introducing prospective tenants, landlords also benefit from our help in the managing of tenants credit referencing, tenancy agreements, deposit schemes. The landlord pays a one off fee and is responsible for the rest of the tenancy.
